The Wonder Years – A new beginning

How we spend our days is, of course, how we spend our lives.”
― Annie Dillard

Big things, small things, good things, not so good things, Ok things – many things of that kind  go on in our lives daily. Whilst the significant things that happen to us, remain etched in our memories forever, sometimes the little things, seemingly insignificant or ordinary can also remain with us for a long haul and they form an important part of what we leave behind for our children and define our bond with our little ones – story time, rhyme time, playing silly games, singing and dancing together, cooking, painting, bedtime  reading, singing lullabies …the list is endless.  Here on this blog, I want to capture details of such ‘little things’ that are close to me now so that I can cherish them for years to come. More importantly, here I want to  document  things that I want to pass on as a lasting legacy to my precious  little girl whom we fondly call Bambi.

So, this is where it all began.
    And on new years too.
Haha. Was this something like a new year resolution?

Haha..yes! so you noticed it! I thought instead of losing weight, giving up sweets etc blogging regularly would be a achievable resolution.True to its nature, the new year resolution started on Day 1 of the new year and ended on Day2. 🙂

Hahaha. Of course. New year resolutions tend to work this way. 🙂
